About the Role

This exciting role will see you providing exceptional customer service and administration support to our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to process incoming sales calls, faxes, and emails in an efficient and professional manner. You will also respond promptly to customer enquiries and utilise Oracle to process customer orders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process incoming sales calls, faxes, and emails with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Utilise Oracle to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Raise and track credit requests as needed.
  • Provide prepared quotations for Dealers as required.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels in conjunction with sales managers.
  • Coordinate all deliveries for Dealers and other customers.
  • Update product information catalogues and data as necessary.
  • Attend to warranty calls, faxes, and emails in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Assess customer queries and provide an appropriate course of action.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Administration.
  • Strong administration skills, including organisational abilities, thoroughness, and a focus on systems and attention to detail.
  • The ability to create a positive impression through a professional and courteous manner, with a commitment to superior client service.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience using Oracle is highly desirable.
