Did you know that a life is turned upside down by a diagnosis of epilepsy every 33 minutes? Epilepsy Queensland prioritises Brain Health, partnering with organisations across the country in delivering Epilepsy Smart Support Services and promoting Brain Health.
The organisation's vision is to create a Queensland that brings hope to people with epilepsy. With more than 30,000 Queenslanders living with an active diagnosis, this is a big job for a small and mighty team.
Epilepsy Queensland is on a growth path, aiming to double its non-government revenue over the next 3-5 years. The Head of Commercial and Supporter Experience has a broad remit across all non-government revenue generation with a healthy mix of commercial opportunities, relationship-driven revenue and traditional fundraising activity.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and manage multiple streams of work, juggling priorities, getting things done and delivering results. Initially, you will inherit a multi-year revenue strategy and a plan for the next 6 to 12 months. You will execute the agreed plan, deliver expected results and review the long-term strategy to ensure it is fit-for-purpose, achievable and maximising opportunities for growth.
A brand strategy and framework are ready to be rolled out, enabling revenue generation. You will be the custodian of the brand and champion the strategy.
Whilst this role is about revenue generation, you cannot do it well without understanding the unique experiences of our customers and supporters and being able to tell and amplify their stories. You will become part of the leadership team and champion the customer at the centre of decision-making.
Requirements
We are looking for commercially savvy, innovative and results-driven leaders with experience in sales, relationship management, marketing, fundraising or similar. Ideally, your background should include progressively held more senior roles with a broader scope of responsibility and the ability to drive revenue growth in for-purpose settings.
What We Offer
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You will also have access to benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
