Strategic HR Business Development Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic HR services, including workforce planning, recruitment, engagement, performance, communications, and change.
The role requires strong relationships with business leaders through regular communication, site visits, and attending business meetings.
- Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders to help engage, retain, and mitigate risk;
- Lead and support activities including permanent recruitment, onboarding, training design, retention, and more;
- Drive key initiatives such as goal setting, engagement survey action planning, recognition programs, leadership quality coaching, employee relations management, policy development, and workforce analytics;
- A proactive, collaborative working style with the ability to build productive relationships across all levels;
- Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation and its application;
- Business acumen, resilience to navigate a changing environment, and the ability to influence culture and performance;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with efficiency in managing emails and correspondence;
- Proven experience working with leaders to coach and guide their decision-making process.
