Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and onboard corporate communication partners, enabling delivery of services to customers and resolving design-related issues or escalations.
  • Develop performance plans and partner scorecards to optimize service delivery and achieve shared goals.
  • Cultivate collaboration with partner organizations and ensure cross-functional understanding of capabilities and deployment strategies.
  • Support go-to-market strategies with partners, measuring impact to drive execution and lead generation.
  • Provide training and enablement to Corporate Communications Partners for designing reports on Workiva.
  • Upkeep Workiva standards by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly.
  • Support internal teams in understanding Corporate Communications Partners within their duties.
Requirements
  • Practical InDesign knowledge and related experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including design reporting, partner management, client services, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
