Monetization Strategy and Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement monetization strategies for our Australia and New Zealand business.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across sales and commercial functions to identify key business opportunities and transform insights into growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen interest in strategy, and experience in sales strategy, growth strategy, or related analytical roles.

  • Develop and implement monetization strategies for our Australia and New Zealand business by collaborating with stakeholders across sales and commercial functions.
  • Identify key business opportunities through research and business analysis, transforming insights into growth initiatives.
  • Establish and manage performance goals for the monetization team by defining key performance metrics and setting KPIs to promote business growth.
  • Drive strategic development of commercial incentives for clients and agencies, and track progress and impact of these incentives rolled out.
  • Develop and optimize monetization processes and policies as the team expands.
  • Be responsible for operational rigor and excellence within the business to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Possess a BS/MS degree in mathematics, statistics, data science, business analytics/management, engineering, computer science, or another quantitative major.
  • Have 5 years of experience in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
