  • To grow our business across NSW and QLD, we are looking for a Commercial Growth Strategist to drive growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or specification sales in the construction, design, or building products sector, with strong presentation and influencing skills. They will also be confident in engaging new contacts and building credibility quickly, as well as possessing organisational skills to manage a wide but active pipeline. Additionally, they must have a collaborative, customer-focused mindset and the ability to deliver results-oriented solutions that align with our business objectives.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about driving business growth, has excellent communication skills, and can build strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will have the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and success, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
