Drive Business Growth
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Partale, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and contributing to the innovative sales process. Reporting directly to the Group Head, Sales & Marketing, this role is a pivotal part of our strategy with key responsibilities such as identifying and seizing new business opportunities across diverse channels.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Annual Sales Targets: Individually and as a team
- Pipeline Development: Qualify a pipeline of prospects
- Networking and Relationship Building
- Utilising industry contacts and partnerships to expand the company's reach and influence
- Making proactive suggestions for enhancing networking strategies and identifying potential business partners
- CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and accounts in the CRM system
- Lead/Opportunity Qualification to ensure resource maximisation
- Leveraging analytical skills to evaluate leads and prioritise them based on qualifying factors
- Focusing efforts on high-quality opportunities to optimise time and resources
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment (3-5 years)
- Development of new business in SME to mid-sized markets (corporate travel)
- Knowledge of Technology Platforms
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management and pipeline tracking
- Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
