Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Strategist to lead our Learning and Organisational Development team in Central Sydney. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organisational wide development strategies to enhance leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff.
  • Contribute to projects and strategies that support learning and organisational development including internal communications, event planning, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify organisational needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organisational development and adult learning theory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in designing, monitoring, and/or implementing organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before starting employment.
  • Willingness to undertake a Criminal Record Check.
  • Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies).

Salary and Benefits
