We are seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Expert to drive our culture of continuous learning and growth, enabling our people to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

The successful candidate will partner across the organisation to identify professional development needs and design solutions to build capability across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with leaders to identify learning needs and implement effective strategies
  • Designing and delivering engaging learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles
  • Collaborating with internal experts and external providers to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Applying robust evaluation frameworks to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Supporting key organisational development initiatives such as culture and engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, onboarding, and offboarding

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating impactful learning programmes, strong instructional design skills, and familiarity with tools like Captivate or RISE 360.

You will have a strategic mindset, solid project management capability, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Advanced analytical ability, confident facilitation, and persuasive presentation skills are also essential.
