Job Title: Learning Solutions Expert

A trusted professional is sought to deliver expert-level training programs across multiple software platforms, driving high-quality client engagement and supporting a leading technology sector.

This role involves managing the full training lifecycle – from new enterprise clients to running structured webinars and fulfilling paid training requests – ensuring clients get maximum value from innovative SaaS platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering tailored training sessions to clients across various platforms, helping them achieve business objectives
  • Leading structured training across Box and Dice, Vault (Commercial, Projects, FMS), Agora Insights, and Secure Sign
  • Managing monthly update webinars and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver current and relevant content
  • Handling all paid training engagements and ensuring these are completed to a high standard across supported platforms
  • Executing and maintaining process workflows related to training delivery to ensure consistency and quality
  • Coordinating onboarding and long-term training programs for enterprise clients, supporting their growth and success

Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging training sessions to clients, both online and in-person where required, developing and maintaining a strong understanding of supported platforms to provide expert-level guidance to clients, and collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth.
