Learning Design Expert Opportunity
The role of Learning Design Expert is a critical position that drives innovative learning to build capability and create a workforce of champions.

About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in the Learning Design team to ensure our collective efforts are bold, creative, and impactful. Your expertise in learning design will be key to creating engaging learning solutions for leadership, people leaders, and team member capability development. Additionally, you will have exposure to working in medium-large organisations and managing multiple stakeholders cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
As a Learning Design Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and developing learning programs that meet the needs of senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the Learning Design team to ensure consistency and quality in our learning programs.
  • Providing expert consultancy on key projects and ensuring that our learning programs are aligned with organisational goals.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising tasks to deliver outcomes on time and to a high standard.
  • Partnering with external learning vendors to ensure that our learning programs are delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Proven experience in learning design, with a track record of creating engaging learning solutions for leadership, people leaders, and team member capability development.
  • Advanced skills in digital learning development tools (e.g. Articulate, Vyond).
  • Exposure to working in medium-large organisations and managing multiple stakeholders cross-functionally.
  • Project management know-how, balancing priorities to deliver outcomes on time and to a high standard.
  • Experience partnering with (and at times managing) external learning vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate learning options and make clear recommendations.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to coach, mentor, and support colleagues.
  • A continuous learning mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted learning tools would be advantageous.

Benefits
This is a fixed-term opportunity until June 2026 rotating between WFH and one of our processing centres. We have a preference for full-time, but would consider 4 days per week for the right person.
