This role is responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning solutions across various platforms.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Learning Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that cater to the needs of our workforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Instructional Design: Proven experience in designing and developing high-quality learning content using adult learning principles.
- LMS Administration: Familiarity with enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in administering and developing learning solutions within these systems.
- Project Coordination: Strong project coordination capabilities, including planning, tracking, and delivering concurrent learning projects in complex environments.
- Digital Literacy: Intermediate to advanced digital literacy, including the effective use of generative AI to amplify and streamline design workflows.
