Learning and Development Professional

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Professional to partner with our Group to support, coach and develop the team in designing, delivering and executing learning initiatives that foster a strong learning culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Delivery: Develop and deliver custom training materials to enhance the knowledge and skills of the team members.
  • eLearning Solutions: Use eLearning authoring tools to build blended learning solutions that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop training materials and storyboards that align with our business goals.
  • Learning Strategy: Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement a learning strategy that improves organisational compliance and develops a learning culture.
  • Training Facilitation: Facilitate training and team workshops both face-to-face and virtually through Teams.
  • Travel: Travel across Victoria as required to facilitate training sessions.
  • Train the Trainer: Facilitate Train the Trainer programs as needed to ensure seamless delivery of training content.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and offer proactive training and learning solutions.
