This role is responsible for managing the Concierge team, ensuring seamless luggage handling, and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate the Concierge team to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for luggage handling and concierge services
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in Concierge operations
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
