Key Responsibilities:
  • Support guests throughout their stay by efficiently handling check-in and departure processes.
  • Engage with guests, address their inquiries, and foster a sense of community through personalized interactions.
  • Build lasting relationships with regular guests to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Expertly manage guest reservations and process credit card transactions with accuracy.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel and its surroundings to consistently exceed guest expectations.
About You:
  • Proficiency in OPERA property management systems or similar technology.
  • Relevant experience in a comparable role.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • NSW RSA certification.
  • A strong desire to advance your career.
