We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Professional First Aid Training Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in emergency response and training to deliver simulation-based first aid courses for various organizations across Australia and potentially abroad.
As a Professional First Aid Training Specialist, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology to develop scalable and impactful training solutions that empower individuals with vital skills to navigate critical situations until professional help arrives.
About You
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, ensuring effective delivery of training sessions.
- A background in paramedicine, emergency nursing, fire EMR, military medicine, or other direct experience within the emergency medical field is highly valued.
- Certification in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is required; willingness to undertake this prior to employment is also considered.
About the Role
- Deliver simulation-based emergency response training courses for diverse clients.
- The opportunity to specialize in electrical and rescue training courses exists for those with relevant industry experience.
- Mental Health course delivery is also possible for candidates with relevant experience or life experience.
- Interstate training opportunities provide flexibility in scheduling.
