Fitness First Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and providing exceptional customer service to our existing members.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Sales: Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns to generate and convert high-quality sales leads.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through community outreach and referrals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing members, addressing their enquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Club Operations: Assist with the opening and closing of the club, ensuring a seamless member experience.
- Certifications: Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving: A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members.
- Drive and Motivation: A drive to succeed, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
