About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team at Real Response. As a Simulation-Based Emergency Response Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training courses to a variety of clients across Australia and potentially abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver simulation-based emergency response training courses to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality training and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with our team to design and deliver innovative training solutions
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs to meet client requirements
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in emergency medical services. You will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a current police check. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
