Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Client Management Professional to join our team at Vacheron Constantin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets set by the Boutique Manager.
  • Manage client relationships and build long-term partnerships through proactive communication, personalized advice, and tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Participate in inventory management, stock control, and merchandising activities to ensure a cohesive and attractive store environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, brand history, and new collections to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong passion for high-end watches and ability to communicate this enthusiasm to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and preferences.
  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
  • Pleasant disposition, strong teamwork skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
