Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Customer Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns to retain existing customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and launching customer retention campaigns via email, SMS, outbound calls, and website.
- Creating end-to-end customer journeys and propositions, including messaging, campaign strategy, and continuous optimization based on data and feedback.
- Managing campaign execution, overseeing timelines, risks, and communicating clearly with internal teams.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a BTL campaign focused role with emphasis on retention and customer experience.
- Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is essential.
- Good attention to detail, resilience, and adaptability.
