Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to foster long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement, empathetic listening, and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically develop and implement inbound and outbound call programs to maximize customer retention.
  • Provide expert assistance to existing customers navigating new finance applications.
  • Proactively engage with maturing customers to educate them on available options and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Drive lead generation and cultivate best-in-class lead management and customer service practices.
  • Promote customer loyalty through end-of-term refinances or variations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of experience in sales-focused customer service roles, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling rapid rapport building with customers.
  • Ability to swiftly understand and process customers' financial situations with accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a positive, confident attitude: focused on delivering the best possible outcome for customers.
