Customer Growth Expert

The ideal candidate will drive customer retention and growth through the effective use of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. This position will execute promotional email campaigns across all brands in APAC, working closely with region leads to ensure alignment with regional goals and market needs.

The successful candidate will have a degree in marketing and/or other business discipline, familiarity with HTML, SQL, XML, and experience with APIs.
