About the Opportunity



Centacare Brisbane is seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Program Director to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. This role will involve planning and delivering high-quality educational programs, as well as managing staff and resources.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who can build a positive and inclusive environment for children, families, and educators. The ideal candidate will have experience working in OSHC or a similar setting, and hold relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Children's Services.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children, as well as promoting the service within the local community. They will also be expected to participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and success of the service.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, uniform allowances, and flexible work arrangements, including before and after-school care shifts. Our service is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all children, and we are looking for someone who shares this vision.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families, while also advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
