Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Educator to join our team at St Benedict's Kindergarten. As a Childcare Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of young learners.

Catholic Early EdCare is a leading provider of early childhood education and care services, with a network of 130+ long day care, kindergarten, and outside school hours care services across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and nurture young learners in their educational journey
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences that capture children's interests and foster skill development
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assist in building a strong connection between the kindergarten and the larger school community
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Genuine passion for working with young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of various learning styles and abilities
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
