CPL's Support in Community services is seeking a passionate, vibrant and energetic Program Facilitator to join our thriving and well-regarded Cascades centre in Redcliffe.

Set in a beautiful community garden, Cascade Place is a centre for the arts and environment and the Redcliffe service of CPL. Cascade provides services to people over 18 years of age who have a disability and are living in the Moreton Bay region and northern suburbs of Brisbane.

What would I be doing?

As a Program Facilitator, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a fun, stimulating and inclusive environment for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing engaging, personalized day programs tailored to individual needs Building strong relationships with clients and their families Supporting staff in providing high-quality care and support Collaborating with community partners to expand opportunities for clients Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework Promoting and upholding CPL's values of respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence

What type of person would be a great fit?

Someone who demonstrated high level of understanding on group dynamics with effective strategies to develop effective teams. Demonstrated high level of communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated skills in the development and implementation of flexible, innovative centre based day programs.  Demonstrated skills and expertise in specific program requirements as applicable. The ability to work both in a team environment and also independently in the community. The ability to keep accurate records and prepare written reports as required.
Ability to exercise judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills within defined guidelines. The ability to effectively monitor, support and supervise staff.
