Take2Health incorporating Enta, is an allied health clinic with 2 locations, in Caroline Springs and Strathmore, where we focus on the highest quality care for our clients. We are constantly striving to improve the experience for our clients and further our knowledge. We value each other and work as a collaborative team. Across our 2 sites, we have a team of 5 osteopaths, 3 Remedial Massage therapists, a musculoskeletal therapist, and a range of complementary modalities including speech pathology, pilates and acupuncture.
TasksWhilst this position will begin in a reception /admin /customer service role, with time, there is the potential for you to become the leader of our administrative team and work closely with the director. You will be involved in streamlining clinic operations, data entry and bookkeeping.
We are looking for a permanent part time or casual administration super star. Initially, the role will be a minimum of 3 days per week (this may grow for the right candidate), and include some after hours and Saturday shifts. Flexibility is highly sought. We want someone who can think laterally and show initiative. You must be an excellent communicator and love organization.
Responsibilities:
- Above all you are the front of house client experience officer, you provide our clients with the best possible reception.• Organise, implement and optimise clinic systems and all aspects of running our front desk.
• Oversee the day to day operations of the practice.
• Potential management of our reception team including task delegation, training and rostering.
• Management of practitioner’s diaries to improve optimization.
• Enhance the client experience and improve current referral relationships
• Invoicing and bookwork
• Assist in recruitment, induction and support of new clinicians.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a fantastic work ethic.
- Excellent computer skills and aptitude for technology. Some knowledge of working with MAC computers will be an advantage.
- Able to work across both the Strathmore & Caroline Springs clinics.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
- A highly professional and friendly manner, with excellent communication and time management skills.
- The ability to think on your feet, we need you to be a dynamic action taker.
- Previous experience using practice management software (such as Cliniko), Xero, HICAPS, PRODA and Medicare, will be well regarded but certainly not essential
- Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered
