Ambitious Education Leader

Centacare Brisbane is seeking an accomplished educator to take on the role of Oshc Coordinator, overseeing our Before and After School Care, and Vacation Care programs. As a leader in this position, you will inspire and motivate your team to provide exceptional care and education to children.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a dip/degree in early childhood education or equivalent, with prior experience in leadership roles within OSHC settings. They will be passionate about creating engaging programs and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, they will have strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in OSHC.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for all children.
- Lead a team of dedicated educators, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to bring out the best in each team member.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to diverse interests and needs of young adventurers.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, fostering a sense of belonging and partnership.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards, upholding high standards of care and safety.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
