You will be responsible for developing relationships with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Member Experience
    • Develop relationships with members and understand their needs
    • Solve member-related issues to foster a collaborative community
    • Identify opportunities to enhance member experiences
    • Deliver a personalized, high-quality member experience
  • Sales
    • Responsible for membership sales, packages, negotiations, and deal closures
    • Mentor junior staff on conducting informative tours and provide feedback
    • Represent the location at external and internal events
    • Manage pipeline and deal flow to capitalize on warm leads
  • Finance, Administration, and Operations
    • Organize member welcoming and move-in/move-out processes
    • Handle basic finance tasks, such as petty cash, invoicing, and receipt of payments
    • Order pantry supplies timely
    • Ensure overall cleanliness of the space and venue
    • Collaborate with Design teams regarding maintenance and improvements
    • Conduct quality control checks and address/solve issues immediately
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University Degree (advantageous but not required)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, events, or related industries
  • Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startup environments (advantageous)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and fast thinking
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
