Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing warm hospitality and maintaining high levels of service and cleanliness at all times
  • Able to run a section, three plate carry, excellent beverage knowledge and engage with guests
  • Opening and closing the venue when required

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication skills essential
  • Must have RSA and knowledge of Italian food and beverage (WSET qualification advantageous)
