The position of Administrative Coordinator is available in our firm.
Job Description:Our ideal candidate will be a highly organised and experienced administrator with a minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in a similar professional services environment. The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Process certificates, examination requests, renewals using the bespoke IP document management system.
- Receive directions from internal and external clients to action appropriately.
- Submit requests with IP Australia and the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand as well as other relevant bodies.
- Capture and record accurate data from incoming correspondence.
- Enter and maintain case files and client records.
- Prepare well-constructed written material for key clients.
- SUPERIOR organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability and initiative skills.
- EXCELLENT interpersonal as well as written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise in high volume environments.
- Experience in workflow management and client file handling.
- Knowledge of the Intellectual Property industry.
