Job Overview:

The Administrative Support Coordinator is a dynamic and pivotal role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Large-Scale Partnership team.

This position requires an individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing office processes, maintaining corporate information systems, and providing top-notch administrative assistance.

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing correspondence, coordinating reporting, workflow, and seeking appropriate approvals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively manage office processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  2. Maintain corporate information systems to guarantee data accuracy and security
  3. Provide exceptional administrative support to team members, including email management, approval coordination, and record-keeping
  4. Coordinate the maintenance of key registers, including gifts, benefits, and hospitality records

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or valid work permit/visa
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proven experience dealing with key stakeholders and confidential/sensitive information
