Servicing all regions of Metropolitan Melbourne, Permalink is rapidly growing and expanding, with more than 500 Support Workers & Clients to date.

**We are looking for a Administration Coordinator (Job Active Coordinator) Superstar to join our growing team, reporting to the Operations Manager in our Clayton South Office.**

The **Administration Coordinator **will contribute to the achievement of servicing disability clients who require immediate service and ongoing care services.

This role will suit those who are self-motivated, organised and flexible.
- The _**Administration Coordinator **_responsibilities will include and not limited to:_

**Daily scheduling and allocations of clients and support staff through the deployment pipeline, while maximising work force capacity, creating a positive client experience and adhering to NDIS compliance requirements.**

**Participating in client and support worker activities daily;**

**Contributing ideas to the company newsletter**

**Firm understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct, Incident Management and Quality and Safeguards practice standards;**

**Handling client issues to ensure they are managed in a timely and professional manner;**

**Liaising with client Support Coordinators, Plan Nominees and client next-of-kin, to gather accurate details for client Care Plans, details and information;**

**Coordinating with the different departments to fulfil requests and queries;**

**Understanding client NDIS Plans, goals and Care Plans, to ensure shift tasks are met;**

**Creating support letters, service quotations and checking compliance documents;**

**Hosting Care Team meetings and management of file notes/case notes;**

**Relaying important and crucial updates and alerts to the Operation Manager;**

**Supporting a client centric culture and proactive approach;**

**Contributing to the provision of relevant information and reporting;**

**Contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement activities;**

**Providing information to and participating in different projects as appropriate;**

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with strong verbal and written communication and relationship building skills. The right person for our team will possess strong problem-solving skills and exhibit a can-do attitude.

**Requirements**:

- **Must **have a Diploma, Certificate or Bachelor in one of the following: Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Individual Support or Social Work.
- **Must **have Disability/Case Management background & experience;
- People person, with a bubbly & outgoing personality
- Approachable and understanding
- Fluent and strong verbal and written communication
- Updated First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver's License
- Own car with comprehensive insurance
- Current Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screener Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

**Position Type**:
Casual Employment at **38 hours a week**

**Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM**

**Salary**: From $28.56 per hour
