Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to our Home Support Manager, Site Coordinators, Case Managers, and Senior Administration.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, coordinating, and maintaining the administration functions and program records of the office;
  • Managing client-related finances, including goods receipting and office petty cash;
  • Entering data into our client management systems Epicor and Riskware, as required;
  • Performing other administrative duties as directed by the Home Support Manager and Senior Administration.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing exceptional administrative support to our team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administration skills, with previous experience in a similar role within aged care/health care or accounts receivable preferred;
  • Strong financial management skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • An understanding of Aged Care processes;
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and time manage efficiently;
  • Strong IT skills and great knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience with Epicor or other client management systems;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A caring and non-judgmental approach, with the ability to work with people from varying socio-economic backgrounds.
