Administrative Support Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Support and Safety Hubs.
- Provide administrative support to the hubs, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and maintaining accurate records.
- Support service access and workforce operations, including coordinating travel arrangements and arranging meetings with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from diverse community service organisations, government and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
