Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Coordinator to effectively manage field service operations, ensuring seamless coordination of service activities, work orders, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills, with the ability to motivate staff and prioritize workload effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service activities and work orders, providing effective supervision of all works.
  • Ensure equipment & material required to meet customer requirements are available when required.
  • Work with Operations Managers to ensure sufficient stock to support customer requirements.
  • Audit stock levels regularly and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate site staff and sub-contractors, preparing daily, weekly and monthly scheduling of work.
  • Demonstrate ownership of all service activities within your area of responsibility from start to finish.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate works with relevant Key Account Managers.
  • Ensure safety systems for all works are effectively followed.
  • Manage client expectations, pricing queries and complaints, resulting in positive engagement consistent with agreed objectives & KPIs.
  • Sourc quality sub-contractors and build relationships and alliances.
  • Provide assistance to other areas of the business for compliance of customer obligations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in coordinating and motivating staff to improve their performance and output.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite proficiency.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Planning and organisation skills with ability to prioritise workload.
  • Service coordination experience with good communication and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
