Service Operations Coordinator

This role involves providing supervision to Disability Support Workers and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Disability or related field, experience in disability services, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site operational activities, including client service delivery, site safety, and customer care.
- Create client profiles in CRM and enter funding information accurately.
- Support clients aligned to their personal plans, goals, and requirements.
- Deliver accurate documentation of all activities to maintain an audit trail.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Disability or related qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to assist vulnerable people and manage conflict.
- Experience in residential services support for people with disability.
