About this role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our brand new service in Leeming.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring others and promoting professional development and service success
  • Coordinating priorities and managing escalations with demonstrated competency within frameworks and regulations
  • Managing relationships with the school and broader community
  • Developing high-performing teams through quality accountability and exemplary practice
  • Designing and delivering programs that leverage team skills and qualities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care, Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing. You must also have valid WWCC or be willing to obtain and availability over split shifts Monday to Friday.
