Job Title: Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Service Operations Coordinator to support our team in Perth, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our leadership team, including processing administrative tasks, providing customer service, and assisting with stock control and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all administrative tasks relating to branch operations, including mail and freight processing, ordering office consumables, and coordinating branch meetings and filing.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the State General Manager and Service Supervisor.
  • Process administration tasks in relation to internal orders, including invoices, freight invoices, and supplier invoices.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, management, and staff consistent with a commitment to excellence.
  • Assist the Service Supervisor with service scheduling and associated operational tasks.
  • Organize incoming and outgoing freight for sales customers in conjunction with dispatch.
  • Assist the State General Manager with stock control and coordinate stock take.
  • Ensure employee safety is regarded as the highest priority with zero major/lost time injuries.
