We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Corporate Workplace Experience Leader at This Is An It Support Group in VIC - Melbourne CBD.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of professionalism and expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing customer centricity and creating great workplace experiences for colleagues.

You will be an ambassador of our brand, living our values every day, and elevating service experiences by leading and mentoring a high-performing team in a corporate workplace environment.

Reporting to the Head of Workplace, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to delivering seamless, high-quality service and fostering a culture of enablement and inclusion.

About the Position

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring a workplace experience that reflects our commitment to customer centricity and service excellence.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of workplace services, including executive and board services, concierge services, events and hospitality management, visitor and access management, on-site support services, catering, kitchen and utility services, carparking, end of trip facilities, and mail services.

Collaborate with building management and service providers to deliver best-in-class services aligned with our goals for quality, speed, and customer centricity.

Shape and execute workplace strategies that anticipate and exceed the needs of colleagues, driving improvements in service delivery and experience.

Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, fostering alignment between workplace services and organisational priorities.

Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Workplace Leads, Consultants, and Advisors to deliver seamless service.

Identify opportunities to enhance workplace services, ensuring they evolve to reflect our ambitions, goals, and commitments.

This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders. You must have a proactive mindset, a can-do attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from AU$80,000 to AU$110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our benefits include:
