Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Events and Workplace Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our new head office location in Melbourne.

This includes coordinating events, managing facilities, and ensuring a positive experience for all staff.

You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting travel projects and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Coordinate and deliver onsite and off-site events throughout the ANZ region.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations, office supplies, and workplace experience.
  • Administration: Utilize enterprise systems to manage service and accounts-based reporting/tasks.
  • OHS: Act as the Melbourne safety representative and ensure all staff and visitors adhere to protocols.
  • Customer Service: Support the onboarding of new staff and ensure all stakeholders receive exceptional service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in managing complex concurrent corporate events.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to interface with senior executives.
  • Confidence, articulation, and problem-solving abilities while working under pressure.
  • Previous experience in corporate services or workplace roles.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude towards work.
  • Expertise in utilizing enterprise software for managing events and workplace services.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
