Award-winning insurance provider Kingfisher Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience and Events Manager to join their ANZ team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's new Melbourne office, overseeing daily operations, and planning and delivering events across the ANZ region. With a focus on exceptional customer service and positive workplace experience, this role requires a forward-thinking professional with strong event management skills and experience in corporate services or workplace roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Event Management: Coordinate and deliver onsite and off-site events ANZ wide, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations, including office supplies and workplace experience, to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Administration: Utilise enterprise systems to manage service and accounts-based reporting/tasks, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • OHS: Act as the Melbourne safety representative, ensuring all staff and visitors adhere to protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to new staff and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and fostering positive relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing complex concurrent corporate events, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to interface with senior executives, building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Be confident, articulate, and able to problem-solve while working under pressure, making informed decisions that drive results.
  • Previous experience in corporate services or workplace roles, with expertise in utilising enterprise software for managing events and workplace services.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving business growth.
