We are committed to delivering exceptional occupant experiences that drive business success and employee satisfaction. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our client's Melbourne corporate location run smoothly and efficiently.

The role involves overseeing the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services, supporting the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities, and driving effective financial management. You will also be responsible for daily management of work orders using JLL's in-house management system, assisting in budgeting and invoice approval, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities and driving effective financial management
  • Daily management of work orders using JLL in-house management system
  • Assist in budgeting, invoice approval and monthly financial reporting
  • Go-to onsite contact for facilities and property queries
  • Ensure maintenance requests are actioned within specified timeframes
  • Coordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Oversee catering for special events as required
  • Uphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy
  • Monitor onsite health, safety and risk management

What We're Looking For:

You'll have worked in a similar role in a corporate environment or have a background in Hospitality, Property Management or similar field. You will be a team player, able to build relationships and communicate efficiently. Providing excellent client service comes naturally to you. Your communication skills, and ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently as well as the capability to work under pressure with limited supervision is essential.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: On-site –Melbourne, VIC
