Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Culture Transformation Leader to join our dynamic leadership team. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you'll play a pivotal role in driving change and cultivating a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Your expertise will empower leaders, enable organizational strategies, and champion a workplace that celebrates innovation and leads the circular economy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Talent Development: Develop actionable talent, workforce, and succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for identified critical positions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the wider people team and managers to identify and understand skills and competencies, ensuring we have the people capability to meet the needs of today and the future.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee relations plans and EBA negotiations in conjunction with the group employee relations team, providing support and guidance to business leaders and other staff on employee relations matters.
  • Coach Business Leaders: Provide support and guidance to business leaders in optimizing their ability to have effective performance conversations, driving a culture of high-performance teams.
What We're Looking For:

In this role, you'll require:

Experience: A proven track record in a corporate HR role, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry, with a good knowledge of relevant HR issues, methodologies, and practices.

Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources or a related field, with experience or qualifications in culture change, talent assessment, or human behavioral change being a plus.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
