Role Overview
Colliers Workplace Management Services is seeking a skilled professional to fill the Corporate Concierge position. This role is a pivotal part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our clients and their visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client arrival experience, aligning with our client's brand and culture.
- Ensure operational excellence in workplace experiences, fostering a positive and helpful atmosphere across all Corporate Services touch points.
- Administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas, with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining the workplace to provide a comfortable and functional environment for all employees.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, with a focus on customer-centric events, preferably in luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments, with a spirit of autonomy and initiative.
- Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organization, paying attention to detail.
- Ability to assess and prioritize workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding that priorities may change.
- Thrives in a team environment, collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
Additional Information
This is a full-time office-based role in Adelaide, servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster (40 hours per week) that may also support limited after-hours event activity.
Our commitment to providing a safe and secure work environment necessitates thorough national police checks. Only candidates with Australian residency will be considered.
