Job Description:

This senior-level position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale SCCM environments. Key responsibilities include configuration and implementation of site servers, distribution point roles, PXE roles, and other site system/servers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for infrastructure setup and operational activities related to SCCM migration with site server & objects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Task Sequence Creation and Customization, Offline Image Update, Driver Library maintenance, In Place Migration, and Quarterly SOE Image Refresh. They will also be skilled in handling Software Deployments of complex nature by creating nested chained programs and dependency criteria & customization on various software/application deployments.

We are looking for a professional who can execute Windows 7/10 Workstation upgrade in complex windows environment – In-Place Upgrade, Wipe & Load and Bare metal PC. The candidate should also have expertise in End-to-end support for Monthly MS Patching/Compliance Reporting and Patching Remediation including downloading, publishing & Deployment. Creating Configuration Items & Baselines, Client settings, modification of custom MOF files for Line of Business and Software's inventories is another key responsibility.

Troubleshooting content distribution issues related to DP servers, Client Policies, Boundaries, Package deployment issues etc. Improving the client's health status and created artifacts to perform on the client side for Level-1 support engineers for client agent remediation are also essential tasks.

The selected candidate will have comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Active Directory, Databases, Scripting and Operating Systems. They should be skilled in Creating WQL queries for complex and nested collections including application packages. Experience with MDOP suite, client, and desktop virtualization technologies is highly desirable.

We require a candidate who can manage and support both Citrix and McAfee environments for 4000 end-user devices. Vast experience in handling Business As Usual support as well as implementation projects is necessary. Gathering analyses and creating rollout plans based on stakeholders' readiness and availability is another key requirement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interface with the customer and provide solutions. Resolving tasks escalated by L1 and L2 teams and experience in incident change and release management processes are must-haves. Knowledge of SCCM Infrastructure, Incident, Request, Change and problem management, and ITIL processes is required.
