As an Assistant Resort Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort, providing personalized service to our owners and guests, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Lead a team of resort staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality results.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets, while maintaining a strong focus on owner and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive occupancy and revenue growth, leveraging social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, including finance, HR, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the resort's operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and quality.

What You'll Need:



  • 3+ years of experience in resort operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
