About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Growth Specialist to join our team at Ray White and Loan Market.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to play a key role in driving growth and success within our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing industry-leading platform and compliance support to help our brokers save time, diversify their business, and stay safe. They will also identify opportunities to enable broker success through LMG product and service offerings, such as Asset Finance, Commercial, white label, and post-settlement services.

In addition, the Portfolio Growth Specialist will:

  • Identify and refer opportunities for brokers seeking more support and assistance to the higher-margin model (either Partner or Loan Market).
  • Complete Annual Business Snapshots with all Agreement Holders in their portfolio.
  • Drive the highest compliance scores for flat-fee brokers in the industry.
  • Drive the fastest time to application relative to flat-fee competitors.
  • Ensure Members are in the highest quartile for quality submissions from top six lenders.
  • Drive broker engagement via online and face-to-face training on a range of topics, including technology, compliance, product knowledge, basic marketing, and relationship/back-book management.
  • Understand, educate, and promote all options and services available under the LMG range of business and service models.
  • Recruit new Agreement Holders into the flat-fee (or any other LMG) model.
  • Drive and attend events and actively participate in professional development, sales, and industry events.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a hands-on contributor who drives solutions and opportunities across the Group. You should have high attention to detail and the ability to learn new technology.

You will also need to be commercially focused and have a strategic outlook for growth of the Group. Additionally, you must be a clear communicator, able to push back and persist when needed, and a team player who looks to share successes and takes responsibility for issues.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
