As a strategic People Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive people strategies that align with the organization's goals. Your expertise will focus on delivering coaching on performance, engagement, and leadership development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with Principals and senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
- Provide coaching on performance, engagement, and leadership development to enhance employee capabilities.
- Lead annual talent, remuneration, and workforce planning processes to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Drive key firm-wide projects such as Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, wellbeing, and more.
- Offer practical support on complex employee relations matters to maintain a positive work environment.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior People/HR Business Partner role, preferably within the legal sector.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, awards, and compliance with practical advisory capabilities.
- Tech-savviness with HRIS experience; strong data and records management skills.
- HR qualification or relevant industry experience with the ability to apply it effectively.
- Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders and influence outcomes through credibility and relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders, teams, and external partners.
