Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR generalist to join our organization, contributing to the success of our business by providing strategic support in all things people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations and talent acquisition processes efficiently
  • Develop and champion effective HR strategies, projects, and initiatives
  • Foster an open and positive working culture through leadership and guidance
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

A key role will also involve driving continuous improvement, enhancements, and engagement with company processes and our new talent management system.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist
  • Previous end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in ER and disciplinary processes (preferably at a high level)
  • Experience/exposure in FWC conciliation and claims management (preferred)

A strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with a demonstrated proactive approach and attitude. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are highly regarded.
