Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our APAC team. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the company's HR strategy and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic HR support across the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives, including policy creation and cultural development.
  • Partner with the Talent team to drive resource planning and talent development, ensuring SIRVA BGRS remains a top employer in Mobility.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a field-based HR/IR role for a large complex organization.
  • Qualifications in HRM or Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
  • Senior HR Business Partnering experience with demonstrated capability to interact with senior leaders across multiple sites.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills across various platforms.
